Kati Breazeal, Olympic athlete and artistic gymnast for 13 years, will be at Bedrock CrossFit this October! Kati will be educating you on how to perform CrossFit and body weight skills, from an artistic gymnastics approach. She will be covering elite gymnastics conditioning exercises and foundational gymnastics skills, in addition to learning how to execute Functional Gymnastics skills in the most efficient ways possible.

EVERYONE! Gymnastics is a very scalable sport, and my seminar is geared towards educating you on how to correctly perform specific movements.
Both beginner and veteran athletes will be learning new ways to move, and perfecting technique.
