On Sunday, April 29th from 11:30am to 3:30pm, join Ford Davidson (NCCP Level 1 Trained) for this 4 Hour Workshop, focused on training and strengthening the two Olympic Lifts: the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk.

Snatch Specific Drills Including Low & High Pull
Lifts Focused on Building Up to a Fully Executed Snatch
Clean Specific Drills Including Low & High Pull
Lifts Focused on Building Up to a Fully Executed Clean
Review of Various Jerk Positions with Emphasis on the Split & Power Jerk
Additional Cues & Corrections to Improve Individual Technique
Improving Lift Specific Range of Motion & Mobility
