Join Ashley Myers BKin, Ultra-Endurance Athlete & Coach for this 5 part training program designed to give you every tool you need to become an effective and efficient runner.

Sessions require no prior experience but will require 2 hours of pre-work conditioning, along with week-to-week homework between sessions.

This course will be conducted over 5 sessions. These workshops include:

Day 1: 3hrs Bedrock CrossFit and Local Paths – Saturday, May 26 @ 11:15 am (3 hours)

60min – Shop Talk on Gear, Devices and Training Theory
60min – Technique Drills / Practice
60min – Conditioning Run + Homework Discussion for Day 2

Day 2: 3hrs Bedrock CrossFit & Nosehill Park – Saturday, June 23 @ 11:15 am (3 hours)

60min – Trail Gear and Running Etiquette
60min – Technique Drills / Practice
60min – Conditioning Run + Homework Discussion for Day 2

Day 3: 3hrs Bedrock CrossFit Nutrition and Strength – Saturday, July 14 @ 11:15am (3 hours)

30min – Mobility discussion / practice
30min – Discussion on Hydration and Nutrition
15min – Drill Practice
60min – Conditioning Run + Homework Discussion for Day 3
45min – Strength Training focusing on Running Specifics

Day 4: RACE DAY – Saturday, July 28 @ 9 am

– Mobility conditioning
– Official 5k Road Race
– Post Event Celebration and Future Steps

Day 5: RACE DAY – Saturday, August 18th @ 10:00 am

– Mobility conditioning
– Official 10k or 15k Trail Race
– Post Event Celebration and Future Steps

You have the option of joining 12 weeks of additional one-hour classes led by instructor, Ashley Myers. Classes are held Tuesdays @ 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm from Tuesday, May 29 to Tuesday, August 14th.
