Spend seven weeks training and strengthening the three fundamental lifts: Bench Press, Back Squat and Deadlift under the guidance of Certified Physical Preparation Specialist, James Lapointe, utilizing the Conjugate / Westside Barbell Method of training.

The 90 Minute Class Will Include:

Become a better hunter through fitness!

Bedrock CrossFit and Jim-Bows Archery have joined forces to provide bow hunters and target archers a strength and conditioning program catered specifically to the demands of their sport.

Beginning at 7:30pm on Tuesday, March 13th, each 90 minute class will include instructor guided target archery work, erg rowing skill and drills, and then will finish with a workout designed to improve cardiovascular and muscular endurance; preparing participants to hunt and shoot longer, farther and harder.

Bedrock CrossFit will be providing the Strength & Conditioning / Rowing Coaches and necessary fitness equipment. Archery lanes, as well as shooting instruction and feedback will be provided by Jim-Bows Archery. All registrants must provide own bow.
