Join Bedrock CrossFit on Saturday, February 8th & Sunday, February 9th for our Bedrock Heart Breaker!

This one-day competition is a team event with teams of two.

Bedrock Heart Breaker has 5 divisions:
Teens (13-17 yrs old) – male/male, female/female or male/female
Adaptive – male/male, female/female or male/female
Scaled – male/female
RX – male/female
Elite – male/female

RX, Teen & Adaptive Athletes will compete on Saturday, February 8th.
Elite & Scaled Athletes will compete on Sunday, February 9th.

The goal of this competition is to bring the community together and provide a fun competitive atmosphere for all athletes. There will be four workouts plus a final over the course of the day.

We are going to test your physical strength, mental toughness, speed, endurance, and power all in one day to find the winner of the Bedrock Heart Breaker. Prizes for the top 3 in each division!

Registration Cost:
Early-Bird until December 31st: $175 per team
January 1st – Competition Day: $200 per team

ADAPTIVE DIVISION
This category includes but is not limited to, wheelchair athletes, athletes with crutches or other mobility aids. Must be able to perform arms + body rowing from a box or wheelchair on a Concept 2 rower, 5lb DB overhead press, seated/wall support deadlift with barbell or dumbells, battle ropes, etc. Should you have any concerns, email us directly at info@bedrockcrossfit.com to determine if this competition is appropriate for your team.
