Join Bedrock CrossFit and Easter Seals Alberta for a charity row! Profits will be donated to Easter Seals. Grab a team of 4, or row the 42.2 km solo!

Divisions: Teams of 4 and Individual

Heats: 9 am start and 1 pm start with a 4 hour time cap

What To Bring: Water, Food, Towel, Electrolytes, Indoor shoes, Gloves for rowing, Team Costumes, Change of Clothes, Game plan for spending ½ a day on a rower.

Prizes: Will be given to top team fundraiser and top individual fundraiser and recognition will be given for top rowing times.

Training suggestions:
Attending CrossFit classes at Bedrock CrossFit will get you prepared for the marathon row or check out your local rowing club.
Concept 2 rowing instructors also publish a rowing workout of the day that will prepare you if you have access to your own rower.
