Specialty Courses are a chance for you too, well, get specific and focus in on a certain type of activity or skill. Examples of our Specialty Course lineup are Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Power Lifting, Endurance, and many more! We run 6-8 week Specialty Courses throughout the year.
As a member, you will receive notification of new Specialty Courses via a newsletter at least two weeks before the launch of the course.
